Raised right here in Jefferson County, Melissa Dunn brings deep local knowledge, a strong business foundation, and more than 20 years of leadership and customer service experience to every real estate transaction.

Before becoming a REALTOR® and joining Main Key Realty, Melissa built a successful career with Walmart, where she worked her way into management. Throughout her career, she gained extensive experience leading teams, solving problems under pressure, staying organized, and ensuring customers received exceptional service. Those years taught Melissa the importance of communication, attention to detail, and results-driven leadership—skills that now make her a strong advocate for her real estate clients.

Melissa also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from the University of Missouri–St. Louis (UMSL), combining her education with decades of hands-on management experience to provide her clients with knowledgeable, thoughtful guidance.
